The staff of the Department of Management always tries not only to provide knowledge and professional skills within the framework of educational programs of bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels, but also to develop students’ creative abilities, reveal the talents of young people, broaden their horizons, offering numerous opportunities for self-realization and an active and rich life.
The university has established a system of student self-government. The student self-government body “StudAlliance”, the Trade Union Committee of students of NTU “KhPI”, various teams of the NTU “KhPI” Palace of Students (Students Center) work for students.
Students represent the department at numerous student conferences, competitions, contests, write and publish their own articles under the guidance of the department’s faculty, with the help of a modern scientific and technical library. Students have the opportunity to join startup projects at the NTU “ KhPI” Startup Center “Spark”.
The Department of Management encourages its students to lead a healthy and active lifestyle, which is ensured not only by students visiting the best among technical universities in Ukraine educational and sports complex with two swimming pools, but also by students’ participation in various sports events of the university.
