Registration
Participants of the conference will be asked to submit a REGISTRATION FORM and to pay a REGISTRATION FEE equal to €250 for participants and €50 for accompanying persons (or an equivalent sum in USD). It includes a publication in the conference Proceedings, attendance at all scientific sessions, lunches and coffee-breaks, social program and other organizational expenses.
The fee should be paid by bank transfer (the bank account will be presented later at the conference website). Late registration fee is €275. It could be paid in Kharkiv.
Before transferring of the Fee please be so kind to fill out and undersign the Registration Form. A copy of the undersigned Registration Form must be sent to National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (Organizing Committee) for providing documentary evidence of the legal purpose of the payment.
