Brief description of the project:
Development of new methods for predicting spontaneous hidden pathologies of cardiac activity based on the analysis of electrocardiographic data and data during Holter monitoring. In particular, predicting the onset of atrial fibrillation.
The purpose of the technique is the formation of statistically significant signs of approaching the critical state of the heart in both the short and long observation intervals.
Application area:
Diagnosis of impaired cardiac activity during electrocardiographic procedures and Holter monitoring
Project status:
A mathematical model has been developed to identify the onset of atrial fibrillation. Using the methods of cumulative statistics, the possibility of a short-term prediction of the onset of fibrillation was analyzed.

Brief description of the project (development):
Creation of a mathematical description of multifactorial hydraulic processes occurring in the patient’s body during fluid removal during the program hemodialysis procedure. Development of a method for timely completion of the procedure when the patient reaches the state of “dry weight”.
Application area:
Determining the state of patient hydration during the program hemodialysis procedure in outpatient settings, as well as reanimations.
Project status:
A mathematical model of fluid movement in the body during ultrafiltration has been developed and investigated. A method has been developed for determining the “dry weight” of patients, which, unlike the existing ones, due to the continuous monitoring of the ultrafiltrate volume components, using the bio-impedance method, allows non-invasive, automated and objectively determining the moment of reaching the normal hydration state during program hemodialysis. The block diagram of the device and the algorithm of safe achievement of “dry weight” are developed.
Duration: – 1 year.
The first 6 months: Development of circuit solutions for the device for determining the “dry weight” of the patient
Last 6 months: Device software development. Tests
Expected results:
The manufacture of a prototype of the device for determining the “dry weight” of the patient during software hemodialysis
