On December 2, 2025, the Department of Biotechnology, Biophysics and Analytical Chemistry hosted a meeting between students and representatives of PJSC “A/T Tobacco Company VAT Pryluky,” one of the leading enterprises in the tobacco industry of Ukraine, established in 1993 on the basis of the Pryluky Tobacco Factory. The company is part of the international corporation British American Tobacco, which actively cooperates with Ukrainian higher education institutions.
During the event, students learned about opportunities for participation in a dual education internship program lasting nine months, which allows them to combine their studies with real industrial experience. Company representatives presented the conditions of the program, including official employment, mentorship support, meal compensation, and accommodation for students from other cities.
Special attention was paid to career development prospects and opportunities for professional growth after the successful completion of the program. The company focuses on attracting 3rd–6th year students of technical and production-related specialties who seek to gain practical skills and competitive advantages in the labor market.
