PharmaChemBio Day: Meeting with Industry Employers (April 25, 2026)

On April 25, 2026, NTU “KhPI” hosted a career guidance event titled “PharmaChemBio Day: Meeting with Industry Employers,” aimed at strengthening interaction between students, prospective applicants, and representatives of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

The event brought together representatives of the following organizations: the chemical-pharmaceutical enterprise “Chervona Zirka,” FOP “Zelena Zdravnytsia,” LLC “Apteka No. 11,” and LLC “BALEKS” (FI). Employers presented their companies, outlined current trends in industry development, and shared practical insights into the requirements for modern professionals.

As part of the event, Associate Professor of the Department of Biotechnology, Biophysics and Analytical Chemistry, Anna Pavlivna Bielinska, presented the educational program “Biotechnology and Bioengineering,” highlighting its structure, key educational components, opportunities for academic mobility, practical training, and further professional development of students.

Special attention during the meeting was given to strategically important fields for the development of modern science, medicine, and the pharmaceutical industry — biotechnology and bioengineering, as well as pharmacy.

Participants had the opportunity to:

  • ознакомиться со структурой образовательных программ по специальности G21 “Biotechnology and Bioengineering”;
  • receive up-to-date information on current trends in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries;
  • learn about opportunities for internships, traineeships, and future employment;
  • communicate directly with company representatives acting as stakeholders of the educational programs;
  • understand which professional competencies and skills are most in demand in today’s labor market.

The involvement of employers in such events contributes to strengthening the practice-oriented nature of the educational process, supports informed decision-making among prospective students regarding their educational trajectory, and demonstrates a strong connection between education and the real sector of the economy.

NTU “KhPI” will continue to actively develop partnerships with industry representatives, ensuring high-quality training of specialists in biotechnology, bioengineering, and pharmacy.
