I am Hou Xiang, a student of 123 Computer Engineering and Programming department. During this challenging period, I am writing this letter with immense gratitude to express my deep appreciation for the support and assistance provided by National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic institute ” during this special time. As a student who continued to engage in online learning during the war, I am well aware that this period was exceptionally difficult for the university, teachers, and each of us students. However, in this extremely complex environment, the university always insists on providing us with high-quality education and ensuring a continuous supply of academic resources. I feel extremely fortunate and grateful to be able to continue learning and successfully complete my studies in this difficult situation.
Despite being in the midst of war, we were able to successfully complete the courses through the university’s online platform and maintain a high quality of learning. Teachers not only provide meticulous explanations in class, but also provide detailed and patient guidance after class, striving to ensure that every student can keep up with the progress. It is precisely because of the persistence and dedication of the university and faculty that I was able to successfully obtain DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) certification credits, which is an important achievement for me and reflects the university’s commitment to educational quality during this special period.
In addition, during the final period, I came to Kharkiv and witnessed firsthand the difficult times that the city and university went through, which deeply moved me. Although the city has changed due to the war, I still see the tenacious vitality and indomitable spirit of the people here.
Finally, I sincerely wish National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic institute ” (NTU “KhPI”) continued prosperity in the years to come, overcoming all difficulties and providing high-quality education and learning platforms for more students.
