More than 40 years of scientific and production experience in the petrochemical and oil and gas industry and 20 years of teaching experience. Author and co-author of more than 35 scientific papers and 20 patents.
Leading lecturer of educational disciplines: "Modern technologies for oil and gas production on the shelf of the seas," "Progressive oil collection and treatment
systems," "Progressive gas collection and treatment systems," "Materials, chemicals and process fluids in oil and gas production," "Physics and chemistry of combustible minerals," "Methodology of scientific research."
The main scope of professional activity and scientific interests:
- development of theoretical bases of thermochemical processes in the context of world experience on application of oil refining products and solid by-products of coking in processes of coking in order to increase the benzene hydrocarbons output and improve quality (reaction activity and electrical conductivity) and strength (grain-size composition) of coke, as well as the study of the processes of transformation of its supramolecular structure with participation in production tests of innovative technologies embodied in the Ph.D. thesis;
- participation in industrial testing of the technology for application of aerosol-sprayed adulterants from oil refining products into the coal charge flow to improve the processes of its briquetting and subsequent coking;
-
development and implementation of technologies for increasing coke yield and strength when working in a coal chemical research institute (UKHIN), experience in regulating in industrial conditions the heating regimes of coke batteries of various designs at enterprises of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine, in which a mixture of CO + H2 + CH4 is used in the air stream in order to reduce the content of nitrogen oxides in emissions into the air to improve the environmental friendliness of the coking process;
-
study of factors influencing the grinding processes (grain size distribution and strength) of the coking material during its transportation;
- developments in the scope of combustion efficiency improving and other works and practices;
- creation of new technical models and solutions for regulation and separation of gas-liquid flows under high pressure for oil-gas industry;
- teaching experience at the Academy of Municipal Economy and the National Technical University "KhPI" (Kharkov) with the teaching of subjects "General inorganic chemistry," "Physics and chemistry of combustible minerals," "Protection of industrial pipelines from corrosion," "Modern processes of oil and gas processing," etc., made it possible to come closer to solving the problems of using environmental and energy-efficient technologies and processes in the energy complex of Ukraine and determine the features of seasonal supply of energy resources, as well as possible ways to utilize greenhouse gases and the development of technical solutions for the separation and regulation of gases with high pressure;
- study of peculiarities of processes and development of innovative materials and technologies for protection of casing pipes against corrosion under formation conditions under combined action of chloride ions and СO2 and H2S;
- study of process peculiarities and development of innovative technologies for increasing oil recovery using microbiota of excess sludge from public owned treatment facilities;
- study of process peculiarities and development of innovative technologies for preparation of oil and gas raw materials in the context of purification of the propane-butane fraction from the content of sulfur compounds in order to obtain standard motor fuel;
- experience of scientific work in NTU "KhPI" as the head of the initiative scientific state budget project "Improving the reliability, productivity and efficiency of oil and gas wells" DR 0120U100360 (due date 01.2020 - 12.2021);
-
