🧭 Vector for success: Team victory of ICS students at the ‘Golden Compass’ competition
The Department of Intelligent Computer Systems (ICS) has always trained specialists who are capable not only of creating complex technological solutions, but also of effectively presenting them to the world. One of the striking examples of the versatility of our students was their participation in a prestigious professional competition. ✨
In November 2009, the final of the III All-Ukrainian Student PR Project Competition ‘Golden Compass’ took place. This event traditionally brings together the most creative young people in the country to solve real business cases and develop promotion strategies.
After a fierce competition and public defence of their projects, our department’s team demonstrated a high level of preparation and took an honourable prize place:

Our students competed with strong teams from leading Ukrainian universities. The competition jury, which included top experts in marketing and PR, noted the systematic approach of the ICS team, their ability to analyse the market and offer non-standard communication solutions. 📈🤝
Participation in the Golden Compass was not only a challenge for students, but also an opportunity to test their skills in conditions that were as close as possible to the real business environment. This result once again confirmed that ICS graduates are leaders who are proficient in both digital technologies and the art of strategic management.
