Microelectronics Energy Efficiency and Electronic Protection

MAGISTRACY

The purpose of the G5 educational program “Microelectronics of energy efficiency and electronic protection”. The purpose of the educational and professional program is to focus on the development and use of new materials, elements and micro- and nanoelectronic systems for electronics, solar energy and electronic protection elements.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

The main focus of the educational program is aimed at providing modern theoretical and practical knowledge for the formation of competences for the development, use, research and operation of new materials and devices of micro- and nanoelectronics for solar energy and built-in systems, development, use, use, research and operation on the basis of electronic and nanoelectrics.

The peculiarity of the program is to study the basics of physics of materials, properties of semiconductors, piezoelectrics and nanomaterials, skills of development of micro- and nanoelectronic systems, modeling, production of research and operation.

The accent of the program is made on: solar energy, where solar energy systems, photovoltaic elements and energy storage technologies are studied; and electronic protection of built -in systems against electromagnetic interferences, and the influence of electromagnetic interference on functional materials, structures of electronic protection elements, principles of creation of protected electronic systems are studied.
