Radio electronics

The “Radioelectronics” department was organized in 1971. Currently, the department trains specialists in specialty 105 “Applied physics and nanomaterials” at three educational and qualification levels: bachelor’s, master’s, Ph.D. The teaching staff of the department includes 5 professors, 7 associate professors, 5 senior lecturers, 1 assistant, including 3 doctors and 10 candidates of sciences

Specialty 105 “Applied physics and nanomaterials” — “Engineering of radio electronic systems”

The education received in the specialty makes it easy to adapt in any field related to electronics, telecommunications and radio physics. These directions are relevant today and promising in the future.

Directions of scientific activity

  • Development of equipment for radiophysical research of near space
  • Development of digital signal processing systems in real time
  • Development of models of the ionosphere based on data obtained by the method of incoherent scattering
