On behalf of Professor Marco Mocella of Mercatorum University (Rome, Italy), our partner university, we are pleased to invite you and everyone interested to join the online international seminar “Due Diligence in Europe and Beyond: Practices, Liability, and Legal Developments”, taking place on 2–3 July 2026.
The seminar will examine corporate due diligence practices and regulatory frameworks in the European Union and beyond, with a particular focus on recent developments related to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). It will also address corporate accountability, human rights, labour protection, and responsible supply chain governance.
Participation is online (Zoom) and free of charge.
