At the end of January 2025, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” and Hurma System LLC, an IT company that develops and integrates information systems for human resources management. The cooperation will take place in the field of management education. It will aim to develop the potential of specialists in economics and business, human resources management, and recruiting.
The Memorandum aims to:
- provision of methodological consultations by the parties;
- exchange of information on current labor market needs and offers;
- holding joint events and implementing joint projects;
- holding presentations and open lectures for applicants;
- assistance in the professional development of the university teaching staff;
- preparation of joint educational and methodological developments in the fields of economics and business, recruiting,g and HR;
- joint participation in the discussion of educational (professional, scientific) programs for the training of higher education students;
- sharing international experience and improving the investment climate in Ukraine.
It should be noted that the Department of Management has already started cooperation with Hurma System LLC, the teachers have familiarized themselves with the software product and further active cooperation with the new stakeholder is planned.
