Professors of the Department of Management of NTU “KPI” Assoc. The event is held from March 17 to 25, 2025, within the framework of the DAAD project “Capacity Building for Ukraine (CaBifU): Sustainable Securing of Ukrainian Teaching and Research – 3“ (”Capacity Building for Ukraine (CaBifU): Sustainable Securing of Ukrainian Teaching and Research – 3″) at the Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kleve, Germany.

Escape rooms in education are used as an interactive method of active learning that promotes the development of critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. They allow students to apply their knowledge in practical situations, increasing motivation and engagement in the learning process. Thanks to gamification, educational escape rooms make the educational process more engaging and contribute to better learning.

The educational programs “International Business”, “Management of Organizations and Administration”, and “Business Administration” (in English) will use gamification in the courses “Strategic Management”, “Fundamentals of Management”, and “Fundamentals of Business Analysis”.
