Faculty international activity

The teachers of the Department of Management actively participate in international educational and scientific projects, which contributes to the development of research and the introduction of modern approaches to the educational process. Cooperation with colleagues from different countries is one of the priorities of the department in accordance with its internationalization strategy. It allows for the exchange of experience and ideas, creating a foundation for the further development of education and science.

 

Participation in international projects, grant programs, international conferences, and international publications, including those indexed in Scopus and WoS from 2019 to 2024.

Other international activities:

Faculty and students of the department take part in various events of the international academic consortium Dukenet Network. Assoc. Prof. Olena Chaikova took part as a mentor and jury member in the Markstrat game of the Dukenet Network (University of Kassel, Germany, 31.03-07.04.2024; Avans University of Applied Sciences, ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, 07-11.04.2023), and also participated, as a representative of NTU “KhPI”, in the annual conferences of the Dukenet Network in 2022/2023, 2023/2024 academic years.

 

International guest lectures

The Department of Management of NTU “KhPI” widely practices the exchange of experience during international guest lectures, during which specialists and teachers from other countries act as lecturers for the students of the department, and the staff of the department conduct classes for foreign students.

Lectures by teachers of the Department of Management at other universities:

In April 2024, Prof. Brin P.V. delivered a lecture on the discipline “Strategic Management” to students of the Lodz Polytechnic.

On November 10, 2023, Prof. Makovoz O.S. delivered a lecture on the discipline “Leadership and Conflict Management” for Master’s level students in International Business of the Technical University of Dresden (IHI Zittau), Germany.
