Dear Colleagues,
It is a great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2025 IEEE 6th KhPI Week on Advanced Technology, which will be held on October 6-10, 2025, at the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute» in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
This is a significant step for developing science and presenting scientific research at this time, so we invite You to submit your papers to our conference.
All accepted papers, which are oral or poster presented at IEEE KhPI Week will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Scopus and Web of Science indexation) subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. IEEE Quality Control of Conference Proceedings may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria. Please note that “No-show” papers won’t be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

PLAGIARISM POLICY
IEEE KhPI Week accepts for publication only original materials (conference reports) that have not been published before and have not been submitted for publication.
The submitted conference paper is checked for plagiarism and text similarity before starting the review process. Papers submitted to the Conference will be screened for plagiarism using iThenticate plagiarism detection software.
If more than 30 % text similarity is detected, the conference paper can be rejected without the review process, and the authors are advised to revise and resubmit the conference paper.
The presence of plagiarism is guaranteed to reject the paper and may lead to the authors being placed on long-term ban lists.
PEER-to-PEER REVIEWING
Authors of submitted conference papers will, if necessary, be involved in peer review within their professional community to facilitate the exchange of expert opinions and improve the quality of scientific research.
IEEE KhPI Week welcomes competent academicians to join us as reviewers.
Being a reviewer of proceedings of IEEE conferences is a matter of prestige and achievement.
The minimum set of qualifications for being a reviewer of IEEE KhPI Week includes appropriate qualification, PhD degree, and a minimum of 2 publications in IEEE journals/conferences.
