This Friday, we held an incredible offline training session on the topic: “Goals and motivation”
Together with our speaker, Viktoria Tomilina, we learned how to:
correctly set our goals to make them truly achievable; overcome obstacles that are in the way to success; apply effective techniques to maintain personal motivation.
We also got acquainted with metaphorical associative cards and learned how to use them for better self-understanding and working on internal barriers.
The participants were inspired and received useful tools for effective learning and development!
