How to prepare the files:

All documents listed in points 2–13 (consent to data processing, NMT certificate, passport, tax identification number, photo, etc.) must be combined into a single PDF file and signed with the applicant’s electronic signature.
Contracts must be saved as separate PDF files and signed with the applicant’s electronic signature and that of their legal representative (if the applicant is under 18 years of age).
