1. Admission to a master’s degree involves admission on the basis of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
2. Applicants with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, even in another specialty, can enroll in a master’s degree subject to successful completion of entrance exams.
3. Admission to a master’s degree in 2025 will be carried out based on the results of the Unified Entrance Exam (UE) and the Unified Professional Entrance Exam (EFVV), as well as consideration of motivation letters. The EUI will include a foreign language test and a test of general academic competence. For specialties, there will be additional professional tests, depending on the direction of study.
4. For the EUI, the threshold is set at 5 test points for both parts of the test, and for the EFVV – 35 test points.
5. Special admission conditions: Applicants who are participants in the Revolution of Dignity, military personnel, or have disabilities will be able to enroll based on the results of an interview, instead of standard exams. It is also planned to transfer to vacant budget places of persons enrolled on a contract.
6. Submission of applications: Applicants will be able to submit applications through an electronic account, registration for which will begin on July 1, 2025. Applications for admission to the budget are submitted with priority determination.
7. Competitive selection and calculation of the competitive score: The competitive score will be calculated according to a formula that includes scores for a foreign language test, general academic competence, and a professional exam. Different specialties will provide for different conditions for calculating scores.
8. Admission deadlines: Registration for participation in the EVI and EFVV, as well as entrance exams, are scheduled for July-August 2025. Formation of rating lists of applicants and enrollment in the budget will be completed by August 26, 2025.
9. Additional admission: Higher education institutions may announce additional deadlines for registering applications for admission to the contract.
