The training program provides:
– basic knowledge regarding the use of modern welding methods and related processes and technologies;
– gaining practical experience in the use of processes, automatic and robotic welding, semi-automatic and manual;
– studying modern methods of welding steels, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, as well as methods of obtaining protective coatings and restoring worn parts;
– studying the structures and properties of welded joints of steels, alloys, and coatings;
– mastering the knowledge and skills of technical creativity and planning of inventions and protection of intellectual property;
– the possibility of in-depth study of foreign languages, primarily in the welding specialty;
– undergoing production practices at the most modern enterprises of Ukraine, as well as enterprises of near and far abroad.
We will teach you: traditional and innovative technologies for welding metals and plastics, processes for applying protective and restorative coatings to machine parts using progressive methods: plasma and gas-flame spraying, laser, electron beam surfacing.
Surface engineering methods, processes that occur on the surface of a part during the formation of coatings, their structures and properties, principles of surface quality control and selection, technologies for strengthening parts.
