International internship under the professional development program
Associate Professor of the Department of Higher Mathematics Tetiana Potanina from 12.11.2022 to 18.12.2022 completed an international internship under the advanced training program for pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers – “Fundraising and organization of project activities in the educational process: European experience”, for which she received a certificate.
The internship was organized by the Zustricz Foundation (Poland), the Department of Ukrainian-Polish Studies at the Jagiellonian University (Krakow), and the Sobornist NGO, with the head of the internship program being Professor, Doctor of Gabriel, MBA, Professor at the Wroclaw University of Natural Sciences Valerie Okulich-Kozaryn. The internship took place remotely on the ZOOM platform.
The participants of the internship were a multidisciplinary community of Ukrainian scientists and educators.
The program included lectures, seminars, teamwork in groups, assignments, literature study, and numerous tests. The rich, professionally and interestingly organized program allowed us to acquire:
- methodological competencies – knowledge of the methodological and theoretical foundations of organizing project and fundraising activities in educational institutions;
- financial and economic competencies – the ability to create an estimate of an educational project;
- socio-communication competencies – the ability to meet one’s own needs and achieve goals by creating partnerships with others, the ability to organize teamwork in an educational institution and maintain a positive microclimate;
- value and content competencies – awareness of the value of teamwork and the need to create a favorable environment for the development of creative abilities of participants in the educational process.
The embodiment of the learned theoretical foundations of project activities was the practical work on the development of their own educational project “Academic Mobility in Distance Learning”.
