Focus of scientific interests – research of the functioning of developing systems with discrete time at the level of small a priori information; development of methods for forecasting the evolution of systems and algorithms for the selection of control actions.

She graduated from the Gorky State University (V.N. Karazin Kharkiv State University), Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, and completed her postgraduate studies at the Department of Higher Mathematics of the Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (NTU «KhPI»).

She defended her PhD thesis in the speciality 05.13.03 – Control Systems and Processes at the Kharkiv State Technical University of Radio Electronics. She has been working at the Department of Higher Mathematics since 1981. She holds the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Higher Mathematics and Professor of NTU «KhPI».

She has more than 70 scientific publications. She regularly participates in international scientific conferences «MicroCAD», «ISDMCI», and «MIET». She has co-authored 16 textbooks, including 5 with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, 5 educational-methodical manuals for students of NTU «KhPI», an educational-methodical manuals on the use of mathematical methods of analysis and processing of research results for students of medical universities and medical faculties of universities, a monograph on methods of forecasting the states of dynamic objects for students of criminology at law universities. She works together with the engineers of the laboratory of the Information and Computer Centre of NTU «KhPI» to create an automated system of distance learning and control of students’ knowledge in higher mathematics for engineering universities.

Her research interests include systems and processes under a priori uncertainty.
