Dear students!
We are pleased to inform you that our university has concluded an agreement on academic mobility under the Erasmus+ program with the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The agreement provides 4 positions for student mobility for studies and 3 positions for traineeship for a period of 5 months each. Mobility will be carried out during the autumn semester (from October 2023 to January 2024).
We invite students to participate in the educational exchange and announce call for applications.
The main prerequisites for participation are the desire and the absence of legal grounds that make it impossible to study abroad.
Applicants should prepare and submit a list of the following documents by April 30:
- Motivation Letter written in English (please, print and sign by hand, if possible, then scan to PDF)
- A document confirming knowledge of the English language at least at the B2 level (on the CEFR scale), should be signed by teaching authority, internationally recognisible certificates (e. g. APTIS, IELTS, FCE, etc.) are preferable
- Transcript of Records, which is provided by the institution of higher education in the established form and signed by the director of the educational and scientific institute
Scanned copies (electronic versions in PDF format) should be sent to auts@khpi.edu.ua no later than April 30.
After the selection process, the application will be forwarded to the international relations department of NTU KhPI and the procedure for registering the exchange participant in the international relations office of the University of Ljubljana will begin. (Keep in mind: at this stage there may be a need to prepare and provide additional documents, the list of which is determined by the international relations office of the host institution).
