On September 8, 2025, the department held a preliminary examination of the dissertation work of Artem Leonidovich Bannikov for the degree of PhD. The work is devoted to the scientific foundations of the technology for improving the quality of absorbent oil in the benzene department of coke chemical production.
The purpose of the dissertation work is to improve the quality of absorbent oil by inhibiting the processes of resin formation, sedimentation, crystallization, oxidation, hydration and viscosity increase based on theoretically substantiated degradation mechanisms.
