Tat’jana Vasil’evna Chernysh, First category engineer. She graduated in Engineering and Physics from Kharkov Polytechnic Institute with a specialization in “Dynamics and Durability of Machinery” in 1989. In 2002, she graduated in Culturology from Kharkiv State Academy of Culture with the degree of a social education worker. She has 26 publications including the program “Principles of Law” which is being recommended by the Research and Methodology Commission for the Training of Foreign Citizens at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, one textbook and two training aids approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
