On November 10, Professor of the Management Department Oksana Makovoz delivered a guest lecture on Leadership and Conflict Management for the Masters of International Business at the Technical University of Dresden (IHI Zittau) and Masters of the educational programs Management of Organizations and Administration, Business Administration and International Business at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.

During the lesson, TU Dresden students were in the classroom, and students from NTU “KhPI” joined the meeting online.

They discussed the impact of business communications on managerial performance and the role of leadership skills in these processes.
