International projects

 

In a world where borders are constantly expanding due to globalization, international cooperation becomes not only a possibility, but also a necessity for academic development and research. Our department actively participates in international projects that contribute to the exchange of knowledge, experience and cultural values.

Assistant professors of the department Olena Kitchenko and Svitlana Chernobrovkina took part in the Jean Monet Module program.

Internships of our teachers abroad are an important part of the department’s international activities. This experience contributes to professional development, enriches the educational process with new ideas and methods, and opens the way for international academic cooperation. Teachers returning from internships bring with them not only in-depth knowledge in their specialized fields, but also new approaches to teaching based on international educational standards and practices.

In October-November 2018, Yuliya Shipulina, professor of the department, completed a scientific-pedagogical internship in the amount of 6 ECTS credits at the Prague University of Economics (Czech Republic).

Internship at Mishkol University (Hungary) in March and October 2022 was held by Oleksandra Kosenko, professor of the department.

Svitlana Chernobrovkina, assistant professor of the department, completed a distance international internship in Poland under the program “New and innovative teaching methods”.

Joint educational programs with international universities and institutes open new horizons for our students and teachers. These programs, which often include joint lectures and workshops with leading international experts, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and cultural perspectives.

As part of the international agreement on the provision of a grant for the mobility of Erasmus+ personnel for studies and internships between the program countries and partner countries (Grant agreement number: 19/1/KA 107/IN/060574/STT-011, University of Miskolc) in May 2023. at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Mishkolets, the internship and exchange of experience of the head of the department Diana Raiko took place.

Together with its partner, the department of marketing Zittau Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, Görlitz, Germany, the department of marketing of NTU “KhPI” within the framework of the Marketing Workshop educational project in 2023, a cycle of online lectures “Global Marketing” was organized by professor, Doctor of Philosophy Sebastian Zips.

On February 16, 2024, the head of the department, Professor Diana Rayko, took part in an international conference organized by our partners from the Kazakh-German University (Almaty, Kazakhstan).

Oleksandra Kosenko, professor of the Department of Marketing, took part in the Erasmus+ International Staff Week “Green and Smart Transition in Higher Education”, which took place from May 6 to 10, 2024, at the University of Miskolc (Hungary).

Nadiya Tkachova, Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, successfully completed her research internship at the Marketing Department of the Faculty of Economics of the Mishkolc University in Hungary. The internship lasted from March 7 to April 18, 2024.

In 2024, Diana Rayko, as well as Yuliya Shypulina and Oleksandra Kosenko, completed modules of the Erasmus+ Programme, Jean Monnet, within the project “EU Practices of Social and Economic Inclusion”: “EU Social Inclusion Policy” and “EU Practices of Inclusive Protecting”.

Associate Professor Maria Miroshnyk participated in the professional development course during the Jean Monnet Active Week “Healthy Economy and Policy: EU Values for Ukraine (HEPE4U)”, as well as in the courses “Creation of Personal Digital Competence Wheel” and “Evaluation of Competencies of Sustainable Employability. Europass CV” within the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project “Developing Personal Strategy in the Digital Educational Space: Ukraine–EU” (November 2024).

Associate Professor Olena Kitchenko also took part in the course “Creation of Personal Digital Competence Wheel” and “Evaluation of Competencies of Sustainable Employability. Europass CV” within the same Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project from November 8 to 17, 2024.

Professor Maria Maslak participated in international Erasmus+ programs, including the project ERASMUS EDU-2021-VIRT EXCH NDICI (VEHUB4YOU) and the Jean Monnet Project “EU Practices of Social and Economic Inclusion” from September to November 2024.

Associate Professor Olena Kitchenko attended the Spring School “European Experience in Technology Transfer” within the framework of the Jean Monnet UniTECH project (101047891 – Jean Monnet Chairs “European Technology Transfer for Ukrainian Universities”), held at Lviv Polytechnic National University in April 2024.

Professor Diana Rayko, Head of the Department, completed training at the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project school module “Socio-economic Inclusion in the EU: Innovation, Projecting and Policy” from April 4 to 30, 2025.

Associate Professor Svitlana Chernobrovkina participated in the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Winter School “EU Strategic Priorities 2024–2029: New Opportunities and Challenges for the EU and Ukraine” (Alfred Nobel University, February 2025).

Associate Professor Maria Miroshnyk took part in international professional development programs in Lublin, Poland, including the webinar “Non-formal Education and Academic Integrity in Bachelor’s and Master’s Training” (February 2025) and the distance scientific-pedagogical course “Quality Assurance in Higher Education: International Experience” (December 2025).

The Department of Marketing, in collaboration with the National University “Odesa Polytechnic” and the NTNU School of International Business (Norway), has submitted an application for a Norwegian–Ukrainian cooperation project in higher education under the Nansen EDU – Norwegian–Ukrainian Cooperation in Higher Education call (Project No. EDU2025/10185), entitled “Norwegian–Ukrainian Partnership for the Transformation of Digital Marketing Education Based on Artificial Intelligence.”

An application has also been submitted for participation in the Erasmus+ (KA2) project “Harmonisation of Creative Industries in Higher Education: A Transnational Partnership with Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan” (acronym: CREATE, Draft ID: SEP-211293335, Final ID: 101324483). The project is coordinated by Ganja State University (Azerbaijan). The consortium includes: Kazakh National Research Technical University (Kazakhstan), Almaty Humanitarian-Economic University (Kazakhstan), Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University (Ukraine), Lviv Polytechnic National University (Ukraine), National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (Ukraine), Nuova Accademia SRL (Italy), Université de Montpellier (France), Università degli Studi di Firenze (Italy), Universidad de Málaga (Spain), Azerbaijan State University of Economics (Azerbaijan), and the Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli (Azerbaijan).
