Educational and Professional Programme “Marketing”


provides comprehensive training for specialists in marketing management. The programme equips students with the knowledge and practical skills required to plan, organize, implement, and monitor marketing activities of business organizations, as well as to develop and implement product, pricing, distribution, and marketing communication strategies using modern information technologies and analytical tools.


The key advantage of the Educational and Professional Programme is the preparation of specialists capable of:


– managing marketing activities in organizations operating in business and administration;


– applying modern information technologies to support informed managerial decision-making in business, trade, services, and international business based on marketing principles;


– monitoring the implementation of marketing decisions and evaluating their effectiveness.

Graduates of the Educational and Professional Programme in Marketing are qualified professionals in the fields of marketing communications, branding, PR technologies, marketing planning, advertising, and international marketing. They are prepared for employment in such positions as:

  • Marketing Specialist;
  • Marketing Analyst;
  • Sales Manager;
  • Advertising Manager;
  • Brand Promotion Specialist, Web Development Specialist, Information Systems Implementation and Management Specialist;
  • Head of Marketing Department;
  • Manager for Visual Advertising and Information Policy.


During their studies, students may also complete military training at the NTU “KhPI” Military Training Department. Detailed information is available here.

Courses of Study:


In addition to the compulsory courses, students enrolled in the Marketing programme may choose elective courses in accordance with their professional interests. Available elective areas include Graphic Design, Trade Marketing, Neuromarketing, Web Technologies, Image Consulting, Corporate Culture Management, Startup Project Management, and many others.

Admission Requirements:

  • Applicants with Complete General Secondary Education (after 11 years of schooling) – state-funded or tuition-based study;
  • Applicants holding an NQF Level 5 qualification (college graduates) – tuition-based study only.

KEY ADMISSION DATES

  • Registration of electronic applicant accounts – July 1 – October 15
  • Registration for interviews and creative entrance examinations – July 3 – 6:00 p.m. July 10 (for tuition-based applicants only – until 6:00 p.m. July 25)
  • Interviews and creative entrance examinations – July 8 – July 19 (for tuition-based applicants only – until August 1)
  • Application submission period – July 19 – 6:00 p.m. August 1
  • Application registration for applicants whose place of residence is registered or declared in the temporarily occupied territories or areas of active hostilities – July 1 – 6:00 p.m. August 1 (state-funded places), until September 23 (tuition-based places)
  • Publication of the list of applicants recommended for admission (priority applications) – no later than August 6
  • Confirmation of the chosen place of study to meet the admission requirements (priority applications) – by 6:00 p.m. on August 11
  • Recommendations for tuition-based admission (excluding priority applications) – no earlier than August 14
  • Enrollment for state-funded and priority-based tuition applicants – no later than August 13
  • Enrollment for tuition-based applicants – no later than August 30
  • Transfer of tuition-based students to vacant state-funded places – no later than August 20
  • Additional admission period for tuition-based applicants in accordance with the University Admission Rules – starting from September 1, enrollment no later than October 15
