On 27–28 November, the department of Management hosted two online guest lectures delivered by Dr. Hartmut Heinrich Meyer, management consultant for SMEs and a lecturer at various German universities in the fields of management, business administration, entrepreneurship, and tourism.
Over the course of two days, the event attracted a total of approximately 60 participants, including students, academic staff and invited guests. The lectures addressed key aspects of modern quality management, process design and organizational improvement, offering participants both theoretical foundations and practical insights.
The sessions were marked by active discussions and a high level of engagement from attendees. Participants expressed particular interest in the challenges of quality assurance in contemporary organizations and the application of process-oriented approaches.
