Guest lecture “Capacities of Sustainable (Economic) Development”

On March 25 at 12:30 p.m., the Department of Management at NTU “KhPI” invites students and colleagues to attend a guest lecture titled “Capacities of Sustainable (Economic) Development,” to be delivered by Prof. Dr. Oliver Serfling. The lecture will be held as part of the “Operations Management” course and is for those interested in environmental, social, and economic issues in the planning and organization of business operations with the aim of ensuring long-term sustainability and efficiency.

Oliver Serfling is a professor of economic policy and development economics at the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. He serves as the academic director of the master’s program “Sustainable Development Management.” He has led a number of international consortia focused on capacity building in higher education, and is also engaged in academic activities, teaching, and researching current topics in sustainable development and methodological issues in this field.
