Erasmus+ staff mobility in Lodz University of Technology

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that Lodz University of Technology (TUL) is launching a call for staff mobility from Ukrainian partner universities within the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 1 – Learning Mobility (KA131-HED), under grant agreement No. 2024-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000225568.

This initiative is intended to support academic and administrative staff from our Ukrainian partner institutions through short-term mobility at Lodz University of Technology in the form of teaching assignments (STA) or training activities (STT).

Recruitment procedure at the partner university

Types of mobility

Two types of staff mobility are available within this call:

  • Staff Teaching Assignment (STA) – this mobility is intended for academic staff who will deliver teaching activities at Lodz University of Technology. Participants are expected to teach a minimum of 8 hours during their stay. Academic staff may also be invited to give a short presentation about their home university to students and staff at Lodz University of Technology.
  • Staff Training (STT) – this mobility is intended primarily for administrative staff or academic staff holding managerial or administrative responsibilities.

Participants applying for STT mobility will be invited to take part in the Erasmus+ Staff Week entitled “Shaping the Future of Erasmus+”, organized by the International Cooperation Centre of Lodz University of Technology (PL LODZ02), which will take place from 25 to 29 May 2026.

The Staff Week is designed for international relations officers and administrative staff interested in exchanging experiences, sharing good practices and strengthening cooperation within the Erasmus+ Programme.

The programme will include training sessions, workshops, brainstorming meetings, discussions on Erasmus+ development, as well as well-being activities and cultural events presenting the heritage of the city of Lodz. A detailed programme of the Staff Week can be downloaded via the link.

Please note that Erasmus+ Key Action 1 mobility does not fund research activities or conference participation.

Mobility duration

The minimum duration of mobility at Lodz University of Technology is 5 consecutive days.

All mobilities must be completed no later than 15 July 2026.

Each staff member may participate in only one mobility under this project.
