Dear students!
It is a great pleasure to announce a new call for the Erasmus+ program at our partner Istanbul Technical University (Türkiye) for bachelor and PhD students of specialty 073 Management.
The program offers the following mobility options:
Summer 2026 – for PhD students (Short-Term Doctoral Mobility, 5–30 days, research or study activities for PhD candidates)
Autumn semester of 2026-2027 academic year – for bachelor-level students (Study Mobility, 5 months)
The language of instruction at ITU is English. Incoming students will receive financial support according to the Erasmus KA171 grant scheme.
Applicants should prepare the following documents:
1. CV (Europass form with personal photo) (can be printed, signed, and scanned to PDF, or saved from MS Word with a signature to PDF)
2. Motivation Letter (can be printed, signed, and scanned to PDF, or saved from MS Word with a signature to PDF)
3. Transcript of records (signed by the Institute Director and stamped)
4. English Certificate (signed by an English teacher). It is better to send an official confirmation of English proficiency (e.g. APTIS, IELTS, FCE, etc.)
5. International passport.
The mentioned documents (5 files) must be sent to Prof. Nataliia Shmatko (via nataliia.shmatko@khpi.edu.ua) in PDF format by 13.00 on the 27th of May 2026.
The meeting with the applicants (only with those who have sent the documents before the deadline) will be organized via MS Teams.
