Students from the Department of Management have implemented practical e-commerce projects on the Horoshop platform

Modern education is not just about theory and lectures. It’s about real-world practical skills, modern digital tools, and creating projects that closely resemble real-world business. Together with the Horoshop platform, fourth-year students from the Department of Management at NTU “KhPI” implemented practical e-commerce projects as part of the “E-Business” course. The students went through the entire process of creating an e-commerce project: from choosing a niche to launching a fully functional online store.

During the course, students used the Horoshop platform to:

  • create their own online stores;
  • set up website structures and product catalogs;
  • integrate payment and delivery systems;
  • integrate with Nova Poshta and KeyCRM;
  • set up Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Merchant Center.

As a result, students gained not just “training case studies,” but real-world experience working with CRM, logistics, analytics, and business processes. And most importantly, all projects were carried out in teams, allowing students to practice collaboration skills and work on a shared product.
We sincerely thank the Horoshop team for supporting this educational initiative and providing free educational access.
It is precisely this kind of collaboration between business and the university that makes modern education significantly more practical and valuable for future professionals.
