An Associate Professor from the Department of Management Participated in the International Staff Training Week in Poland

Oksana Khodyrieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics, Management, and Business Administration at NTU “KhPI,” participated in the 10th International Staff Training Week, held from April 13 to 17, 2026, at the University of Szczecin (Poland) as part of the Erasmus+ academic mobility program.

The event brought together representatives of higher education institutions from various countries and was dedicated to the internationalization of education, the development of academic mobility, the digitalization of the university environment, and support for young researchers. Program participants took part in a series of professional meetings, presentations by the university’s departments, workshops on the use of artificial intelligence in the academic environment, and discussed modern approaches to international cooperation between universities.

During the mobility, Oksana Khodyrieva held a personal meeting with Dr. hab. Jarosław Korpysa, Prof. US, Director of the Doctoral School at the University of Szczecin (Szkoła Doktorska Uniwersytetu Szczecińskiego), during which agreements were reached regarding the development of further academic cooperation between the Institute of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (IEECS) at NTU “KhPI” and the Doctoral School. In particular, the parties discussed the prospects for academic mobility of graduate students and faculty, opportunities for joint scientific activities, participation in international research projects, and the expansion of partnership ties between the universities.
