The circle of scientific interests is the application of interval analysis methods in optimizing technological processes in NPP equipment and research and improvement of the properties of nuclear purity metals.
She graduated from the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty (Kharkiv National Karazin University).
She completed her postgraduate studies at the Department of Steam Generator Construction (National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”) and in 2009 defended her Postgraduate Thesis in the specialty 05.13.07 – Automation of control processes, the topic “Improvement of methods and models for automation of the process of managing the distribution of loads between NPP power units” (scientific supervisor – DSc, Professor Oleksander Yefimov).
PhD (Engin.), professor of the Higher Mathematics Department. T. Potanina has published more than 40 scientific articles, and 6 methodological manuals, is the co-author of 3 monographs in Ukraine, as well as a monograph published abroad, and participates in international scientific and technical conferences in Ukraine and abroad; has passed the international internship at the Department of Polish-Ukrainian Studies of Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
