From January 20 to February 2, 2025, the VI Winter School on Information Technology in Data Processing and Security Data Engineering and Security 2025 (DES 2025) will start its work in an online format.
The purpose of the DES 2025 Winter School is to introduce as many young people as possible to the prospects and new opportunities of the IT industry. Thanks to accessible and high-quality information, our students, together with specialists from well-known IT companies, can not only master the knowledge but also put it into practice. In these difficult times for the state, the support and development of such projects is a direct contribution to the intellectual potential of the younger generation and, accordingly, to the technical development of Ukraine. The school is aimed at in-depth study of the basics of innovative educational programs. Education at the School is free of charge.
The Winter School program includes the following topics: Data Analysis & Data Processing, Privacy and protection of personal data, Cryptology and encryption, CyberSecurity, Software Development, Mobile & Web Development, Cloud Services and Technologies, Machine & Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, SoftSkills.
The school participants will have not only theory but also practice. Participants will also have the opportunity to work on team projects, which will be defended on February 2, 2025. At the end of the DES 2025 Winter School, all students who have attended 80% of the classes will receive certificates (4 ECTS credits).
