POWERFUL SCIENTIFIC IT CENTER
The SEMIT Department is an integral part of the Educational and Research Institute of Computer Science and Information Technology of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”. Thanks to this, it has a unique opportunity to cooperate with other well-known scientific and educational departments of the university, which enriches the educational process and promotes the expansion of scientific research.
The Department’s teaching staff includes outstanding specialists: 4 Doctors of Engineering, 24 Candidates of Science in various fields, including engineering, physics, mathematics and economics. In addition, there are 3 professors, 19 associate professors and 1 senior researcher who ensure a high level of pedagogical and scientific potential of the department. This diverse staff contributes to a deep and comprehensive study and development of information technology.
