Specialty G5 “Electronics, Electronic Communications, Instrumentation and Radio Engineering”, Educational Program – “Network Technologies and Telecommunications” (ICM, NTU “KPI”) is aimed at training specialists based on the knowledge of modern technologies of electronic communications, mathematical models and methods, information technologies and methods of artificial intelligence for the creation of telecommunications systems and networks with the proper level of quality of services.
The purpose of the educational program is to ensure the training of experts in the field of electronic communications, able to formulate, summarize and solve practical tasks in their professional activity on the basis of a high level of professional training and scientific outlook with the use of fundamental and special knowledge and systematic approach.
The educational program of the current year and the EP archive are available on the site of the quality assurance department of NTU “KPI”
Characteristics of the educational program
The main focus of the educational program. The program focuses on the study of modern technologies of information transmission, projection of systems of electronic communications with ensuring optimal management of networks and their elements on the basis of information technologies and methods of artificial intelligence
Features of the program. The program provides the formation and development of general and professional competences for the implementation and use of electronic communications technologies that contribute to the social stability and mobility of the graduate in the labor market, the ability to solve specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of electronic communications and radio engineering, characterized by complexity and uncertainty.
The accent of the educational program is on:
- ICT programming;
- use of CISCO network technologies;
- the use of the latest technologies for the protection of PaloAlto networks;
- Cisco’s modern software and hardware;

- application of data analysis technologies with the execution of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, pre -exclusive analytics to determine the quality and productivity of telecommunications networks, anomalies in the work of telecommunication systems, search for solutions to problems and corrective actions for optimal load management in information networks;
- Applying artificial intelligence and machine training technologies to optimize the management of information networks.
Practice in companies and companies providing telecommunication services is ensured.
