Conditions of entry:

  • after 11th grade on the basis of full general secondary education (FCSE);
  • after college, technical school (junior bachelor, junior specialist, professional junior bachelor)

Budget:

  • NMT and/or EIE (broad competition), motivation letter;
  • NMT or individual oral interview (for special admission conditions, including quota -1), motivation letter.

Contract:

  • NMT and/or EIE, motivation letter;
  • Individual oral interview (only for special admission conditions).

The educational and professional program “Marketing” provides training for students in the management of marketing activities of business entities, which involves the application of appropriate methods for planning, organization, implementation and control of marketing activities of organizations, development and implementation of product, price, sales, and communication policies using information support.

The main advantage of the educational and professional program is the training of specialists with the ability to:

– manage the marketing activities of organizations in the fields of management and administration;

– apply information technologies necessary for making and implementing sound management decisions regarding the determination of the conditions for conducting and organizing business, trade and the sphere of services, including international business, with the help of the specifics of marketing knowledge;

– monitoring their implementation and evaluating their effectiveness.

Employment opportunities:

Graduates of the educational and professional program become specialists in the field of promotion, branding, PR technologies, marketing event planning, advertising, international marketing and have employment opportunities in the following positions:

  • marketer,
  • marketer-analyst,
  • sales manager,
  • advertising manager,
  • website development, implementation and use of information management systems,
  • head of the marketing department,
  • visual advertising and information policy.

During their studies, applicants have the opportunity to simultaneously undergo military training at the military department of National Technical University KhPI. Detailed information can be viewed at the link.

Disciplines studied:

Graduates of the Marketing educational program, in addition to mandatory disciplines, have the opportunity to independently choose disciplines of specialized training in various areas. The educational program of 2023 offers 2 main directions:

  • Digital marketing – familiarization of students with the basics of digital marketing, tools used in the digital world. During the training, students master the skills of working with social networks (SMM), get acquainted with content marketing, the basics of search engine optimization (SEO), learn to work with sites, including work with analytical tools and graphic programs;
  • Service industry marketing – this direction helps applicants become real professionals in the service industry. Students gain knowledge of marketing of tourism and hospitality enterprises, including the restaurant business.

In addition to blocks of specialized training, students have the opportunity to choose disciplines of various orientations. For example, graphic design, trade marketing, neuromarketing, Web technologies, imageology, corporate management culture, startup project management, etc.
