The Department of Management of NTU “KhPI” once again became a participant in the international project “ECIU4Ukraine vol. 2” (Solidarni z Ukrainą program), funded by NAWA (National Agency for Academic Exchange). As part of the project, on May 14-15, 2024 prof. Nataliia Shyian visited the IV International Congress Culture of the Regenerative City in Lodz (Poland).
During the meeting, the influence of culture on social values, and the behavior of residents of cities and small towns was discussed; the problem of transforming cities into places where people care about environmental protection and encouraging entrepreneurial spirit was considered. The panel discussions on financing cultural urban regeneration projects; the participation of foundations, local authorities, and entrepreneurs in the implementation of such projects were also of great interest and relevance.
