The internationalization strategy of the Management Department is based on maintaining and developing an international academic environment by offering quality educational programs and research, promoting European values and respect for cultural diversity.

The internationalization strategy of the Management Department includes the following strategic goals:

  1. intensification of international activity in the field of scientific research, in particular through participation in joint research projects, preparation of collaborative publications
  2. expansion of international cooperation in the field of academic mobility programs
  3. strengthening international activity in the field of education, in particular through the participation of students and teachers in educational projects and programs, the inclusion of components that involve internationalization in disciplines, the use of internationalization tools at home (by inviting foreign experts for guest lectures, disseminating the experience gained at conferences, round tables, meetings, seminars)
  4. development of English-language study programs at all levels
  5. consulting support for faculty and students in the process of searching for internationalization opportunities outside the university

The educational and scientific processes in the department’s educational programs are linked to the established strategy of internationalization of NTU “KhPI”. The Regulations on academic mobility of students, postgraduates, doctoral students, research and teaching staff of the university determine many types of mobility and opportunities for realizing the potential of students and research and teaching staff.

Information on international internships and training opportunities is available on the websites of the Department, the Department of International Relations, and the European Educational, Scientific and Technological Center of NTU “KhPI”. NTU “KhPI” has a large number of international partners among foreign higher education institutions and companies.
