Participants of the conference will be asked to submit a REGISTRATION FORM (click ND-KhPI2016 Registration Form to download) and to pay a REGISTRATION FEE which is equal to 200 EURO for participants and 50 EURO for accompanying persons (click the link to download NTU KhPI Bank Details (EURO) or you can pay an equivalent sum in USD NTU KhPI Bank Details (USD)).
A registration FEE for the web-presenters is equal to 50 EURO.
All ND-KhPI2016 Conference Registrants receive:
- Access to EVERY session in the Conference;
- The book of Conference Proceedings;
- Complimentary Lunches (for international participants) and coffee-breaks;
- Social and cultural programs.
The fee should be paid before September, 2, 2016 by bank transfer.
Before transferring of the Fee please be so kind to fill out and undersign the Registration Form. A copy of the undersigned Registration Form must be sent to National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (Organizing Committee) for providing documentary evidence of the legal purpose of the payment.
We also inform you that if it is necessary you will be able to pay Registration Fee onsite. However, we ask you to inform the Organizing Committee that you will pay onsite.
