Submit an Abstract

Authors are invited to submit an Abstracts related to the topics of the conference.

The deadline for submission of Abstracts is April 1, 2016.

In order for your abstract to be considered, you must submit your abstract online using our Conference Management System.

To do so please follow the next procedure:

Step 1: Create an account

Provide information on the contact author and create a user profile for return visits to the site (to review abstract status, submit additional abstracts, etc). When creating the account please do not forget to tick the checkboxes “Create account as Author”  and “Create account as Reviewer” if you want to allow the Conference Chairman to set you as a reviewer for some of submissions. If you already has an account in our Conference Management System you can just use your Login and Password to enter the System.

Step 2: Submit an abstract

Provide proposed paper title and Abstract text (a single page plane text should be submited as an Abstract, however you can add any supplementary file(s) in addition to your submission).  All submitters will be asked to pre-select the thematic session (Track) or mini-symposium most closely related to the content of their paper.

Abstracts must be submitted in English with accurate grammar and spelling suitable for publication. Submitters should be very careful to write an informative and interesting abstract as this will be used by the Scientific Committee to determine whether the submission will be accepted for presentation at ND-KhPI2016. Therefore, the submitter should strive to ensure that the abstract properly summarizes the content of the submission, describes why the work is important and shows how the work contains significant advances relevant to the subject of the conference.

Step 3: Add co-authors

Provide information on co-authors for program and publication. An e-mail address must be provided for each co-author.

Abstracts and Papers submissions are to be submitted via the online Conference Management System ONLY. No paper submissions will be accepted via e-mail or s-mail.
