1974 – Graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in «Metallurgy, Equipment and Technology of Heat Treatment of Metals», diploma with honors №789707,
Qualification: Metallurgical Engineer;
1984 – defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty − 05.02.01 «Materials science in mechanical engineering»,
Thesis topic: «Improving the material properties of inhomogeneously deformed blanks obtained by cold volumetric stamping»;
1989 – received the academic title of senior research associate in the specialty «Materials science in mechanical engineering»;
2010 – awarded the qualification of a forensic expert in engineering and technical examinations in specialty 10.5 – investigation of the causes and consequences of violations of occupational safety and health requirements, certificate №1413 of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated January 29, 2010.

1977 – 1980 – studied in postgraduate studies in the specialty «Metallurgy and Heat Treatment of Metals» at the Department of Metal Technology of the Kharkiv Highway Institute;
1980 – 1985 – Junior Researcher, Department of Metal Technology, Kharkiv Highway Institute;
1985 – 1993 – Senior Researcher, Department of Metal Technology, Kharkiv Highway Institute;
1993 – 1994 – Assistant Professor, Department of Occupational Safety and Environmental Protection, Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute;
From 1994 – to present – Associate Professor of the Department of Occupational and Environmental Safety of the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic University».
2009 – 2011 – worked part-time at the National Scientific Center «Institute of Forensic Expertise named after Honored prof. M.S. Bokarius» of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
