Report on the online meeting 22.05.2025

Within the framework of the project on international academic mobility, namely, semester academic exchange and double degree program, on 22.05.2025 a regular online meeting was held with Anna Kulakovska, coordinator of the educational program “Innovative Technologies and Modern Materials”, coordinator of the double diploma program in Security Engineering, associate professor of the department of Advanced Computing Methods of the Faculty of Natural, Exact and Technical Sciences, candidate of technical sciences at Jan Długosz University in Czestochowa (Poland). Presentation of the online meeting 22.05.2025


As part of international activities, on 02.09.2021, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the University Jan Dlogusha in Czestochowa (UJD) (Poland) and the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (NTU «KPI»).
Also, an Addendum to the Agreement regarding a semester academic exchange was concluded and signed by the parties on December 15, 2021.

The parties identified in this addendum have agreed on the following:

  1. The general provisions of the concluded Supplement provide for the implementation of academic exchange in accordance with a cooperation agreement for the exchange of students.
  2. Ukrainian students have the right to undergo free training at the UJD for one academic semester in the relevant specialty in accordance with the approved curriculum.
  3. The cooperation agreement provides for joint research within the framework of scientific programs and grants, the organization of joint conferences and scientific seminars, the publication of general articles and scientific and methodological monographs.
  4. The parties to the Cooperation Agreement (UJD and NTU «KPI») carry out the necessary organizational measures aimed at the possibility of international exchange and/or parallel training at UJD and NTU «KPI» and/or obtaining a second diploma.

The Parties shall promote the exchange of teachers in order to conduct training sessions, exchange professional experience, organize scientific internships and other forms of advanced training.


Erasmus+ K1

The Erasmus+ program is an initiative of the European Union that supports international cooperation in the fields of education, youth, sports and vocational training. It runs from 2021 to 2027, and Ukraine is actively involved in it as a partner country (non-associated country) in Region 2 (Eastern Neighborhood).

ERASMUS+ KA1 internship news

Among the current news of the department today is the scientific internship of the student of the MIT-M623 group Elizaveta Sotnikova at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of West Bohemia (Czech Republic), within the framework of the ERASMUS+ KA1 program, coordinated by the European Commission. As part of her internship, a student of our department studies several disciplines, including Course syllabus KTO/DP-2024 and Course syllabus KTO/EXK-2024. Training for student trainees is conducted in English. Also, as part of her internship, Elizaveta Sotnikova visited the university’s scientific laboratories from various directions and got acquainted with the work of a modern 3D metal printer. (more…)

Internship – Czech Republic 2024

The training of students of the “Occupational Safety and Environmental Safety” department of NTU “KhPI” provides for the possibility of an internship for students of education under the international academic mobility program. So, to date, the student of the MIT-M623 group Elizaveta Sotnikova was invited to Erasmus Student Mobility and is undergoing a scientific internship at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of West Bohemia, Czech Republic, within the framework of the ERASMUS + KA1 program, coordinated by the European Commission. WSZOP – Katowice University of Occupational Safety and Health Management (Poland). 2D Program

NTU «KPI» is the only university in Ukraine – partner of University of Occupational Safety Management in Poland. The department participates in educational program WSZOP – University of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice (Poland). WSZOP – It is a lead University in the field of education on security issues and the first university in the country, in which was created the Faculty of Engineering Research, according to the growing demand for specialists in the field of occupational safety and health. Students have the ability to simultaneously receive a second diploma of the University of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice.

Virtual mobility

Virtual mobility within the Erasmus+ program is a form of participation in international educational or youth projects without physically traveling abroad. It has become especially relevant during the COVID-19 pandemic and remains an important component of Erasmus+ today, especially for countries facing travel restrictions.

The assimilation of international experience by students of the department of OandES within the framework of the academic mobility program

Getting an education is a responsible process of acquiring new knowledge and professional skills through personal experience. To achieve success and development, it is important to constantly improve your knowledge, use all opportunities and strive for more. An international internship for students of education opens up many opportunities for future professionals, expands the boundaries of professional self-realization and adds competitive advantages in the international labor market. NTU «KPI», the department of Occupational and environmental safety concluded an agreement with the American Institute of GIIM, for the issuance of 5 types of certificates:
– Leadership in business – IT management;
– Cybersecurity Management / Information Security;
– Data management as an asset;
– Deploying Business Intelligence;
– Consulting in the field of management.
