As part of cooperation with employers and representatives of developers of modern technology, on November 11, an online meeting was held for students studying in the educational programs “Transport and Technological Machines and Equipment” (specialty 133 – “Industrial Mechanical Engineering”) and “Automobiles and Automotive Industry” (specialty 274 – “Automobile Transport”) with the chief designer of LLC “Kharkiv Tractor Engineering” Shuba Sergey Oleksandrovych. The event involved graduating classes of the Kharkiv Mechanical Engineering College, the Lozov branch of the Kharkiv Automobile and Road Vocational College, as well as graduating classes of Kharkiv Secondary School No. 20 and Zolochiv Lyceum No. 1. The event discussed the issues of the company’s engineering and technical developments, the prospects for implementing new designs in the practice of the enterprise. Special attention was also paid to the urgent needs of the engineering company in specialists in the field of transport. The Chief Designer exchanged views with the students on the most demanded professional skills for engineering companies. He also emphasized the need to master modern professional skills and competencies within the framework of educational programs related to transport.
