In order to increase the level of interaction with employers and involve practitioners in the educational process, an online lecture was organized on March 19, 2026 with a representative of the automotive industry enterprise, Deputy Director of the Frunze-Avto auto center, Alexander Grigorovich Biketov.
During the meeting, a lecture was held on the topic “Features of organizing the work of an auto center in modern conditions”, which considered current issues of the functioning of modern service and dealer auto centers, features of personnel management, interaction with customers, as well as the introduction of modern technologies in the organization of technical maintenance and repair of vehicles.
The event was attended by teachers and students of the Department of “Automobile and Tractor Engineering” of NTU “KhPI” of two specialties J8 – “Automobile Transport” and G11 – “Mechanical Engineering”, which made it possible to combine theoretical training with practical experience of industry specialists. Loziv branch of Kharkiv Motor Vehicle and Road Vocational College were also invited to the meeting.
Holding such lectures helps to improve the quality of the educational process, expand cooperation with employers, and take into account modern labor market requirements when implementing educational programs.
