Every year, more than 50,000 students from over 3,000 universities across 110 countries take part in ICPC.
Teams are given 5 hours to solve 8–15 complex algorithmic problems. It is a true test of collaboration, creativity, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
📍 On November 8–9, 2025, our students competed in the regional stage of ICPC — Ukrainian Eastern Region. Two teams from the CMAD Department took first place, became national finalists, and advanced to the ICPC World Championship semifinals!
🥇 KhPI_Potuzhnist — 1st place
🥇 KhPI_Bobawei — 1st place
And that’s not all—two more teams also demonstrated a high level of preparation and strong performance:
🥈 KhPI_Remnants of Persistence — 2nd place
🥉 KhPI_Sesbian Lex — 3rd place
Team coaches: CMAD Department lecturers Mykola Aslandukov, Oleksii Haluza, and Dmytro Yelchaninov.
🎉 We congratulate all participants, are proud of their achievements, and wish them inspiration and success in preparing for the next stage of ICPC 2025 🌍
