PROJECT OBJECTIVES

◆ Create a structured dataset of annotated images of 2D and 3D cell cultures suitable for training segmentation models and validating the developed algorithms.

◆ Train and validate instance segmentation models for 2D and 3D cell cultures.

◆ Develop, implement, and validate algorithms for analyzing the total number of cells, their morphological properties, and viability using the developed segmentation models.

◆ Develop, implement, and validate algorithms for 3D reconstruction of multicellular spheroids based on identified viable and non-viable cells.

◆ Develop functional software with a graphical user interface that allows users to upload data, perform analyses, and obtain results in a user-friendly format.
