The research deals with the issue of integrating discipline-centred & student-centred approaches within e-learning. The key difference is the system-forming factor. In efficient subject-centred e-learning, this is the essence of discipline which is derived by tracing its origin with the subsequent derivation of phenomena from this essence. In efficient student-centred learning, this is the synergetic student – developmental environment interaction, causing their co-development. As a consequence of technologies exponential development, a third agent appeared. It is generative AI based on statistically computed solution. To combine the seemingly incompatible is possible by Eco-Humanistic Technology of Self-Development (EHTSD), which allows to build an integrating content-structure model, where structure is meaningful and content is structured in such a way that it enables management-measurement-scaling of e-learning. Innovative methodology considers both specificity of digital developmental environment and laws of human development. It is based on human memory and thinking patterns, which not only ensures high Developmental Capacity, but also allows integrating AI into e-education via step-by-step transformation of Discipline Content-Structure Matrix to student’s Neuro Net or Individual Sense-Cognitive Scheme profile. Modelling the cognitive-communicative-regulatory function of consciousness via tasks reveals possibility of human-artificial intelligence synergetic interaction. AI-Powered Tools allow integrating ‘project teamwork’ into e-learning aimed at multi-agent/sector/disciplinary synergistic solutions co-creation within VL. The risk of unfair use of AI, replacing students’ intellectual activity, is eliminated. Students are developed, as advanced-critical-honest-responsible users of AI as well as Agent of Changes who creates the situations & events for world development based on understanding principles & sense of solutions both personal and universal.
