Human dimension changes AI development vector from automation of human to humanization of automate. AI humanization is based on innovative multidisciplinary approach to HI-AI synergetic interaction. Holistic bio-psycho-socio system (digital brain-consciousness-personality) is considered in the context of LLM which explicitly contain the structure of human thinking as well as within mechanisms of Eco-Humanistic Technology of Self-Development. Modeling dopamine mechanism as reinforcement can be transformed into emotional AI. Neuron activation as reaction to achieving success or failure in AI-HI solutions manifests itself as satisfaction of meta-sense at existential level. Moral measurement is realized strategically by transforming to meta-level of existential meta-senses and self-identification or technically by overlaying isomorphic resulting and morally acceptable structures for identifying gaps as area of moral adjustment that can be measured to make decision about saving or changing.
